Suspended Ceiling Grid

The white faced galvanised steel interlocking frame is fast and easy to install. A Wall angle section is fitted around the walls, then the main "T" section rests on these and reaches across the room.

For wide areas, the main "T" has interlocking end connectors to readily make up long sections. The 0.6M & 1.2M spacer "T" slots in to the main "T" to form a rigid interlocking grid, ready for the panels to drop in. For large areas the main "T" must be suspended by wire from above, especially when supporting the heavier Fissure Panels.

Fissured Celing tiles

White mineral fibre acoustic panel with a fine fissured surface. These panels have a class 1 fire rating, subject to building codes for particular areas they are used, making them suitable for most locations and have a high insulation factor that will deter heat loss.

Prismatic Effect Ceiling Panels

Prismatic (small pyramids) ceiling panels are used for the same reason as crushed iced but with a uniform pattern they are used to allow light into a room when lighting units are situated above the ceiling, these panels can be used to hide the wiring and frame work above the ceiling due to their pattern which obscures the line of sight. In a choice of either clear or opal and 2 different sizes this makes these a popular choice.

Ceiling Plan

Above are representations of how a ceiling should be designed. These diagrams are only for guidance and customers may prefer to reduce the amount of Main "T" used and put 1.2M "T" in between the Main "T" and infill with 0.6M "T" to complete the grid patten. Similar to the right hand diagram but using additional 0.6M "T" to divide the grid.
