We have tried to make shopping on this site as simple as possible, although with some 3500 products and variations finding certain products can be difficult. If you have a Catalogue then try searching for the part number, this will take you to the areas that the part is listed, with items like silicon these are listed under more than one section and associated with products that you would normally use it with. Where this is the case the item & price is the same and can be ordered from any of the pages it is listed under.
You will also notice that some pages only have a single "Add All Items Selected" button. This has been done to try to increase the speed of shopping online. An example is the guttering section, this allows the customer to select each item, quantity and colour, or variations of, on that page then you simply click the single button at the bottom of the page and all you items that you have entered a quantity against will be added to your shopping basket. Please remember that if you leave a page before clicking on the button then everything you have selected will be lost. Some items have a single "Add to Basket" button, which works in a similar way but only adds that one item to your basket.
We have also included an option to save your shopping basket, if for any reason you need to log off and check something before continuing, this option can be found under the "View Cart" button which will show you what you have in your basket. Simply click on the save basket, wait for the confirmation, then log off your computer. You can only save one basket at a time but if you wish to update your saved basket just click save again and you will be asked if you wish to overwrite your existing basket. We hope you find shopping online easier with us than with most other companies due to these enhancements we have made.
We also use an automated discounting module on our site, which will apply discounts to your order as you shop. The following product categories are not discountable - Domes, Canopies, Portals & Door Surrounds, Window Shutters, Door Headers & Roof Kits. All other products will have the discount applied. To understand how the discount bands work please look at the table below:
£200.00 to £399.99 Less 5%
£400.00 to £599.99 Less 10%
£600.00 to £999.99 Less 15%
£1000.00 Plus Less 20%
The Discount Bands apply to the net price before VAT. Also remember to select the correct delivery charge in the checkout pages, in the unlikely event that there is an error with your order we will contact you directly to confirm your purchase before we take payment. |
Delivery ChargesCarriage is charged on all items, these Charges are added by the customer from the payment details screen. If an incorrect carriage charge is applied we will contact you directly before processing your order. Please use the drop down menus on the check out pages to select your correct carriage charge.
